This impact report presents findings from 296 users between April and June 2025, highlighting how the Brain in Hand’s digital coaching platform supports people to manage daily challenges, particularly around problem solving and self-awareness. Overall, 80% of respondents reported improved mental health, with significant benefits in managing anxiety, reducing overwhelm and stress, and feeling more supported. Nearly seven in ten users said Brain in Hand had a substantial, significant or moderate positive effect on their overall wellbeing.
The report shows especially strong gains in practical daily life skills. 74% percent of users reported improvements in planning and problem solving, an increase from previous quarters, while over half reported better independence and self-care. A standout finding is that 61% of respondents said Brain in Hand helps with decision-making and problem solving, almost double earlier figures. The report links this growth to features such as solution packs and mood tracking, which help users anticipate challenges, break tasks into manageable steps, and respond more calmly when difficulties arise.
Impact is also evident in education and employment. In the workplace, 55% of employed users felt they were “achieving more,” reporting increased confidence, improved performance, and fewer days off, with nearly half saying they were more likely to stay in their role. In higher education, 62% of students felt they were achieving more in their studies, with improvements in time management, attendance, and confidence in completing their course. Across settings, users consistently described feeling more in control, better supported, and more able to build independence.
